Social Media Manager – Anime Collectibles Brand

Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-Time / Freelance (with opportunity to grow)

We are a premium collectible brand specializing in high-quality resin replicas of the iconic Devil Fruits from One Piece. These are designed for serious collectors and anime enthusiasts who value craftsmanship, presentation, and authenticity. As our brand grows, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Social Media Manager to take ownership of our content strategy and presence across platforms with engaging Photography AND Videography

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of content creation, deep familiarity with One Piece, and a sharp eye for visual storytelling and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

• Create and publish short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) showcasing our products in engaging, high-quality formats.

• Photograph products in styled, aesthetic environments using high-end room setups or backdrops.

• Design and post stories that engage followers and promote new launches, behind-the-scenes content, and brand personality.

• Stay informed on current social media trends and audio formats, incorporating relevant ones into our content pipeline.

• Monitor and respond to messages and comments in a professional and timely manner.

• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing or creating content for brand-level social media accounts.

• Strong understanding of social platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram Reels).

• Access to professional or well-lit spaces for filming and photography.

• Ability to deliver content consistently and on deadline.

• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).

• Familiarity with the One Piece anime/manga series is essential — you must understand the source material and fan expectations.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Creative mindset and ability to work independently while taking direction.
