Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Support:
Brand Awareness and Engagement:

Share client testimonials, success stories, and positive reviews to build trust and credibility with potential clients and partners.
Post educational content, caregiving tips, and industry insights to position the company as an expert in the field and add value to followers.
Attracting Clients and Caregivers:
Run targeted advertising campaigns on social media platforms to reach potential clients and caregivers.
Use social media to promote caregiver job openings and attract qualified candidates by highlighting company culture and benefits.
Manage and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media, ensuring a positive online reputation.

2. Marketing Support:
Website and SEO:
Support the team in maintaining a user-friendly, informative website that showcases services, client testimonials, and caregiver qualifications.
Assit with SEO optimization by using appropriate keywords and content strategies to enhance visibility on search engines.
Email Marketing:
Assist with creating and managing email marketing campaigns, such as newsletters, promotions, and caregiver recruitment emails.
Support referral programs and seasonal promotions through email marketing to engage clients and expand the client base.
Paid Advertising and Lead Generation:
Help set up and monitor Google Ads and social media ads to generate qualified leads.
Work with the team to develop landing pages for specific ad campaigns to drive conversions.

3. Content Strategy and Communication:
Brand Messaging:
Ensure a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms and marketing materials that conveys trust, compassion, and professionalism.
Use high-quality images and engaging content (videos, infographics) to connect with audiences and tell the company's story.
Client and Caregiver Testimonials:
Highlight positive client and caregiver testimonials on the website, social media, and email campaigns to showcase the impact of the company's services.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in social media management or marketing, preferably in a service-based or healthcare-related environment.
Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and advertising tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
