Job Description:

We are looking for a licensed Psychometrician who will support our recruitment and employee development initiatives by administering and interpreting psychological assessments in line with client requirements. The role ensures that psychometric tools and reports are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, particularly in profiling, hiring, and employee development.

Location: Makati

Work Set up: Mon-Fri, 8-5PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer, score, and interpret psychological and cognitive assessments based on client requirements.
  • Provide written reports and analysis to aid in client decision-making for hiring, promotion, or development.
  • Assist in developing or customizing testing protocols, competency profiling, and assessment tools for clients.
  • Conduct initial behavioral interviews and personality debriefs when needed.
  • Coordinate with the Recruitment and Organizational Development teams to align assessment tools with job roles and performance indicators.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all test results and related documentation.
  • Provide support in company-wide mental health and wellness initiatives, as required.
Qualifications:
  • PRC-licensed Psychometrician
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in psychometric test administration, preferably in a recruitment or HR consulting setting
  • Knowledge of various standardized psychological tests and assessment platforms
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
