We are looking for licensed Physicians (MDs) specializing in Pediatrics or Family Medicine with strong pediatric experience to join our growing team as Professional Support Associates. This role involves remote clinical and administrative support — not direct patient care — working alongside US physicians to optimize patient outcomes and streamline practice operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with US physicians in reviewing and updating pediatric patient charts
  • Assist in pre-visit planning and care coordination
  • Support in pediatric-related medical coding, including Louisiana Medicaid Bayou Health Plans
  • Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical processes and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and data privacy requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Licensed to practice medicine in the Philippines
  • Specialization in Pediatrics or Family Medicine (with strong pediatric experience)
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice
  • Familiarity with EMR systems
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work well in a collaborative, remote environment
  • Experience in medical administration or leadership roles
