Job Overview

The Marketing Office Clerk I facilitates various administrative and clerical tasks of the Marketing and Sales Department. Provides data organization and preparation as support to field operations and to help ensure a smooth and efficient day to day department/personnel operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • On-Time and Error-Free submission of monthly reports to necessary departments and/or officers.
  • Drafting written communications, data summary, reports, etc.
  • Transmittal of inter-departmental communications
  • Receiving and filing of various marketing reports submitted
  • Effective management of office equipment, supplies, as well as marketing materials to ensure smooth department operations.
  • Manage customer inquiries on social media, assist with order tracking and delivery, and forward e-bookings to subsidiaries.
  • Performs other tasks in support to the daily operations of the office

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a 4-year course preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Must have competent PC skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Must have good communication and people skills
  • Must be highly organized with keen attention to details
  • With pleasing personality and can easily adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Experience as Marketing Assistant or Clerk will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
