You will be at the core of our sales activities, supporting day-to-day gallery functions, as well as contributing to special events and exhibitions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical sales coordinator, focusing on selling and promoting gallery products, while assisting the Curator/Owner in managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, art collectors, and potential buyers.

  • Oversee daily sales operations, including processing transactions, generating invoices, managing merchandise transfers and replenishments, and ensuring timely artwork delivery.

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on artworks, artists, and exhibitions, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that upholds the gallery's high standards.

  • Assist the Curator/Owner in organizing and executing gallery events, private viewings, exhibitions, and VIP openings to engage clients and drive sales.

  • Maintain accurate records of the gallery's inventory, ensuring that artworks are displayed in optimal conditions.

  • Collaborate with the Curator/Owner to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities aimed at increasing gallery visibility and revenue.

  • Ensure a professional and appealing visual display of gallery items.

  • Provide timely sales reports and other administrative updates to the Curator/Owner on a regular basis.

  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Curator/Owner.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in roles such as Sales Representative, Technical Sales Representative, or Sales Coordinator.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, art collectors, and key stakeholders through exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks, projects, while consistently meeting deadlines.

  • Familiarity with inventory management, product merchandising, and experience in sales tracking and reporting is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a focus on creating reports and other administrative tasks.

  • A self-driven, detail-oriented individual with the ability to work independently, while also excelling as a collaborative team member.

  • A professional and polished demeanor, with the ability to represent the gallery with the highest level of sophistication, integrity, and grace.
