Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee procurement and timely replenishment of office supplies, groceries, and cleaning materials.
  • Monitor usage patterns and manage inventory to ensure office needs are met efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address supply requests promptly.
  • Prepare weekly food budgets for office meals and liquidate expenses.
  • Conduct market research to identify cost-effective suppliers.
  • Process purchase orders, payment requests, and supplier invoices.
  • Maintain organized records of procurements, payments, and inventory for audits.
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks, reconciliations, and reports.
  • Assess supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
