Job Description
As a Credit Clerk, you'll play a key role in ensuring timely allocation of payments, issuing receipts, managing customer correspondence, and assisting with overdue communications. Your attention to detail and ability to support credit operations help maintain smooth financial processes that impact global business performance.
Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift (Mon-Fri, 5:00 AM-2:00 PM PHT); Weekends off
Work setup: Onsite, Ortigas

The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, including receipting, cash allocation, and account reconciliation.
- Solid background in credit collection, with a proven ability to manage and resolve debtor ledgers
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong reconciliation expertise
- Ability to quickly and effectively work through debtor ledgers and resolve issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Your Daily Tasks
- Issue receipts to customers
- Allocate customer payments from bank statements
- Allocate credit notes
- Send customer statements via the automated system
- Send overdue letters through the automated system
- Respond to customer replies and escalate to the Credit Manager as needed
- Assist Credit Officers and the Credit Manager
- Perform other assigned tasks
