About the Role:

You will serve as a key advisor to the company on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. This role ensures that OneLot operates within the bounds of relevant laws and regulations, mitigates legal risks, and supports business initiatives through sound legal guidance and documentation. You will also represent the company in interactions with government agencies and regulatory bodies.

What you will do:

• Establish and maintain the company's compliance framework, covering SEC, BSP, labor, tax, and other applicable regulations.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and provide timely guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance and risk matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents, ensuring that terms align with company objectives and legal standards.
• Prepare, review, and ensure timely submission of all statutory filings and legal documentation in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Handle corporate secretarial duties, including maintaining records, preparing board and shareholder resolutions, filing SEC submissions, and supporting meetings and governance compliance.
• Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to secure permits, support audits, participate in administrative proceedings and provide expert consultation on compliance matters.
• Partner with internal teams on initiatives involving legal or regulatory considerations, identify and manage legal risks, and provide practical recommendations that balance compliance and business needs.
• Represent the company in legal and regulatory proceedings, and engage external counsel when specialized support is required.

What we will need:

• Licensed lawyer.
• 1–2 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role.
• Working knowledge of BSP, SEC, and DOLE regulations.
• Strong contract review/negotiation and legal drafting skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High integrity and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel and engage with government offices when needed.
