Job Description:

The function of the Corporate Legal Counsel is multifarious covering several fields of legal discipline such as labor, criminal, civil, intellectual property, administrative law/local government code, trade/tariff laws, tax laws, energy laws, trade and BOI laws, and many other varied assignments assigned from time to time by superior and top management.

Job Qualifications:

- Has an LLB/Juris Doctor degree from reputable universities

- Must be a member of the Philippine Bar

- Must have at least twenty (20) years of experience in the practice of law with emphasis on Civil, Corporate, Tax and Labor cases gained from a reputable law firm or corporation.

- With experience in estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate administration

- With experience in actual litigation of cases

- Must have established good contacts and relations with LGUs, NLRC, and other judicial branches.

- Must be resourceful with good analytical ability

- With excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Must be able to relate well with all levels, both inside and outside the company.

- Must be willing to work in our Makati office, full-time.
