We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Counsel who is a Philippine Bar passer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contracts, corporate law, and labor law, and will provide expert legal support to ensure compliance and mitigate risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
  • Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business structuring
  • Provide guidance on labor and employment matters, including policy development and dispute resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on legal matters affecting the company
  • Stay updated on changes in Philippine laws and regulations relevant to the business

Qualifications:

  • Philippine Bar passer in good standing
  • Minimum [3] years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house or with a law firm
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and labor law in the Philippines
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Work Location: Full Work On-Site
