Job Responsibilities:
  • Record daily financial transactions into the accounting system.
  • Maintain accurate and updated general ledgers and supporting documents.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable balances.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Prepare recurring bookkeeping schedules (AP aging, AR collections, petty cash).
  • Generate simple financial reports and summaries for management.
  • Assist in preparation and filing of VAT, withholding, and other local tax returns.
  • Maintain proper documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Support month-end closing activities (cut-offs, reconciliations, adjustments).
  • Contribute to process improvements in bookkeeping and recordkeeping.
Job Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Accounting or related field.
  • 1.3 to 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
  • Knowledge of basic taxation and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
  • Good working attitude and reliability.
