Overview Korean Speaking Market Researcher (Philippines Based) RONIN International (part of the Rippleffect Group) is an award-winning independent market research and consultancy company offering qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods worldwide. The Digital Research department focuses on innovative digital methodologies to reach hard-to-reach audiences, including professionals, senior management, scientists, policymakers, and other top-tier influencers. This role is remote and based in the Philippines. Responsibilities Gain a full understanding of the needs and relevant profiles of each research project. Identify the most suitable digital approaches for each research project. Use different research methods (including but not limited to CATI, digital research, social media research, and desk research) to identify suitable potential respondents for different projects. Learn how best to approach potential survey participants, present a clear reason for participation, and how to take part. Conduct outbound calls to research participants to carry out screening calls, telephone interviews, and in-depth interviews. Communicate regularly with other members in the digital department. Maintain full records of work progress on each project. Report progress to Digital Supervisors and Digital Managers on assigned projects. Ensure efficiency and effectiveness requirements are met on each project. Carry out project-related admin tasks where necessary. Recognize potential barriers at early stages and suggest methodologies and changes to improve feasibility. Maintain good communication and relationships with research participants. Adhere to RONIN's market research quality procedures and perform to the expected quality requirements. Perform data entry tasks in a clean, tidy, and accurate manner. Qualifications Language Skill Requirements English – fluent spoken; professional written Korean – fluent or professional spoken; professional written Essential skills needed for the role: Logical and creative thinking; open to new solutions and tools High accuracy and strong attention to detail Confidence in communicating with respondents from different countries and backgrounds Ability to stay organized and work under pressure with tight deadlines Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Effective prioritization and time management Willingness to respond to emails/social media outside standard hours to accommodate time zones Good understanding of major social media platforms Strong interpersonal and communication skills Location & Working Arrangements Location : Remote work Researchers work remotely using their own laptops and access to RONIN remote servers Home office environment must meet minimum requirements Working Hours Full-time: 40 hours per week (part-time arrangements available if needed) Additional notes This role is on a project basis with an hourly pay rate, designed for continuous assignments and long-term engagement Seniority Entry level Employment type Contract Job function & Industry Job function: Research, Consulting, and Project Management Industry: Market Research #J-18808-Ljbffr
