Job Description
Be part of our client's team as a Customer Service Representative and be the voice that helps guests create memorable travel experiences. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression.
Job Overview
Employment type: Project-based (2 months, until end of October)
Shift: Wednesday-Sunday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST (Off: Monday & Tuesday)
Work setup: Permanent WFH

Qualifications Needed
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or support role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce), and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required
- Preferred: Multilingual skills
- Preferred: Familiarity with remote customer service tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Helpdesk software)
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate product, service, or account information
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
- Document interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
- Meet or exceed customer service metrics and KPIs
- Continuously seek to improve customer service quality and efficiency
