Position Overview:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving drinks in a timely, courteous, and professional manner while maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and servers.
  • Follow recipes and presentation standards for all house and classic cocktails.
  • Keep the bar organized, stocked, and sanitized at all times.
  • Assist in prep of ingredients, syrups, and garnishes.
  • Interact with guests at the bar and provide personalized service.
  • Process guest checks and handle transactions accurately.
  • Support bar opening and closing duties.
  • Adhere to local health and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 2 years' bartending experience in a refined setting.
  • Knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and spirits.
  • High level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask.
  • Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
