Bartender/Waiter

Job Qualification

• Candidate must possess At least High School Graduate
• TESDA certification (Food & Beverage Services NC II) or equivalent training is a plus.
• Bartending or mixology certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year' experience as a bartender, barista, or food & beverage staff.
• Experience in cocktail preparation, wine service, and bar operations is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work in: Molito Lifestyle Center, Alabang
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities

• Maximize sales through upselling and promoting featured beverages.
• Deliver excellent service and maintain positive guest interactions.
• Ensure drinks are consistently prepared to standard recipes and presentation.
• Manage stock responsibly to reduce waste and losses.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with food & alcohol regulations.
• Support colleagues and contribute positively to team performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Alabang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
