BARTENDER / BARISTA (With Experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following company standards and recipes.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all drinks served.
• Operate and maintain bar equipment (shakers, blenders, glassware) and coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder, milk steamer).
• Provide excellent guest engagement and customer service by anticipating needs, answering questions, and recommending drinks or pairings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of both the bar and coffee station, ensuring compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory of liquors, mixers, coffee beans, syrups, milk, and supplies; report or request replenishment as needed.
• Accurately handle POS transactions and ensure proper cash/credit settlement.
• Support upselling and promotions (signature cocktails, specialty coffees, seasonal drinks).
• Train or assist new staff on beverage preparation, service quality, and operational procedures.
• Promote a positive and professional atmosphere while ensuring responsible alcohol service in line with company and legal guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php800.00 per day
