Key Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
  • Certification/s: Holder of TESDA NC II in Bartending / Barista, or graduate of a vocational/short course in Bartending, Barista, or a similar program
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years experience in a bartending/barista role or a similar position within the food & beverage industry
  • Mixology Skills: Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; Capable of making drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences
  • Bar Operations: Experience in preparing & serving drinks efficiently while ensuring cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Tasks include restocking, washing, and maintaining sanitation
  • Fully knowledgeable and compliant with relevant health, safety, and alcohol service laws and regulations
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and a dependable team player. Having a background in food and beverage preparation or customer service is a strong advantage
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with a passion for engaging with guests and delivering top-tier service
  • Must be willing and able to work with flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
