• Daily reconciliation of successful payments vs Hybris orders to spot payments that failed to interface


• Daily sales/promotion reports (where manual tracking is required)

  1. Performance Marketing

Support the execution of web/in-app campaigns and Live Commerce activities to drive enagement and

conversion within the Dotcom & 3PD stores. This role ensures the smooth rollout of campaigns,

promotions and content updates across the D2C platforms, while maintaining brand consistency and

operational efficiency.


• Perform basic image editing using photoshop or similar tools to ersize or adapt existing key visuals for

various digital placements.


• Review and approve promotional advertising materials to ensure alignment with provided templates,

brand guidelines & campaign objectives.


• Collaborate with internal teams or external agenciies to ensure timley/accurate rollout of online

marketing access across platforms.


• Maintain quality control & consistency of digital creatives used in marketing campaigns.


• Compilation of marketing executions (proof of screenshots) across all campaigns (onsite / paid /

owned)


• Report directly to the Online Marketing Head for daily tasks, priorities, and project alignment.
