Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the Human Resources department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, strategies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop talent.
  • Driving organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Monitoring HR metrics and ensuring continuous improvement in HR processes.
  • Managing compensation and benefits to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.

Key Metrics;

  • Employee Retention Rate: Percentage of employees retained over a given period.
  • Employee Engagement Score: Feedback from surveys and culture-building initiatives.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Time-to-Hire, Cost per Hire, and Quality of Hire.
  • Policy Compliance: Zero violations of labor laws and internal policies.
  • Training and Development Metrics: Training hours per employee and skill improvement rates.
  • Resolution of Employee Issues: Timeliness and effectiveness in resolving grievances or conflicts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Admin or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3–5 years HR experience (with at least 2 years in a managerial role)
  • Strong knowledge in recruitment, training, performance management, and labor laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Values-driven and people-oriented
