Job Summary:

A Clerk Assistant is a support professional responsible for performing a variety of administrative andclerical tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of an office or department. This role typicallyinvolves data entry, filing, handling correspondence, managing office supplies, and assisting other staffmembers with routine duties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize confidential employee files and documentation
    • Assist with photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks
  • Assist HR staff with clerical and administrative tasks
  • Respond to phone calls and emails professionally
  • Help prepare reports, forms, and correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
  • Support other staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • At least 6 months of experience in an office setup (required)
