They must understand market trends, maintain strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with internal departments to support the company's overall sales and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, such as phone calls, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Develop and present sales proposals, demonstrating product features and negotiating terms to close sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports on sales performance.
  • Promote company products, services, and discounts to customers.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their requests and concerns.
  • Manage client accounts, including processing transactions, monitoring account activity, and handling inquiries.
  • Nurture client relationships to foster loyalty and expand business through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Administrative & Financial Duties:
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems and other databases.
  • Process invoices and payments, and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial records are compliant and accurate.
  • Prepare financial reports and present findings to management.
  • Market & Product Knowledge:
  • Develop deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and target market.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and accounting principles.
  • A bachelor's degree, typically in business or a related field, is often preferred.
