Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Receiving of Goods

  • Inspect and receive incoming deliveries based on Purchase Orders and Delivery Receipts.
  • Check for product damage, quantity discrepancies, or missing items.
  • Label items properly and store them in designated locations.

2. Inventory Management

  • Organize and maintain stock in proper locations for easy access and tracking.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile physical stocks with inventory records.
  • Update warehouse logbooks or systems with accurate stock movements.
  • Report low stocks, damaged items, or overstock to the Warehouse Manager.

3. Order Preparation and Packing

  • Pick, check, and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all items match the Sales Order or Delivery Instruction.
  • Use appropriate packing materials to secure items during transit.

4. Outbound Dispatching

  • Assist in loading packed orders into delivery vehicles.
  • Coordinate with drivers and logistics staff to ensure accurate delivery loading.
  • Prepare dispatch records and delivery acknowledgment forms.

5. Housekeeping and Safety

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times.
  • Follow proper storage procedures (e.g., stacking, segregation of products).
  • Observe safety guidelines in handling goods, especially fragile or hazardous items.
  • Wear appropriate PPE (e.g., gloves, safety shoes, back support belt) when necessary.

6. Equipment Handling

  • Operate manual or electric pallet jacks, carts, and trolleys with care.
  • Report any malfunctions or damages to equipment immediately.

7. Support for Warehouse Operations

  • Assist in rearranging stock or store layout when needed.
  • Participate in periodic stocktaking and audit activities.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Officer-in-Charge (OIC).

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent; vocational or technical background is a plus.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
  • At least 6 months of experience in warehouse or logistics preferred.
  • Attention to detail, good memory, and ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse systems or MS Excel is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
