The Technical Support Representative (TSR) will be responsible for providing professional technical assistance to customers through inbound calls, online inquiries, and digital support channels. The ideal candidate will help users troubleshoot product issues, resolve technical concerns, process support requests, and assist with account or system-related problems for one of our international and innovative clients.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:

  • Strong interest in technology, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving
  • Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, patience, clear communication, and professionalism
  • Ability to take ownership of each case from start to resolution
  • Eagerness to learn new systems, tools, and technical processes

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Representative or similar role
  • Strong phone communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to understand, diagnose, and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues
  • Customer-oriented attitude and adaptability to different customer personalities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Provide accurate and efficient technical support to customers across calls, chats, or online platforms
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot product or system issues
  • Guide users step-by-step through proper solutions and procedures
  • Document issues, resolutions, and customer interactions accurately
  • Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Monitor and report common issues to help improve products and services
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and effective problem-solving
  • Maintain the client's reputable image by delivering consistent, quality technical assistance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
