Assists the Senior Salesman, RS Frozen in his day-to-day activities including stock preparation and actual manual delivery to stores. Participates in actively seeking out potential customers, distributing frozen products, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Junior Salesman will contribute to achieving sales targets, increasing the customer base, and representing the company's brand.

Job Description:

Volume Achievement

  • Achieve sell-out targets given periodically within the assigned territory

Market Development - Coverage Plan

  • Assist in creating the Master Coverage Plan, listing all customers (covered and non-covered) within the area of responsibility
  • Arrange the customer list in order of daily visits, with a minimum of twice-a-month coverage frequency
  • Participate in developing a daily Route Coverage Plan, incorporating volume objectives and SKU distribution
  • Assist in generating an accurate Load Plan following standard procedures and the approval process

Market Development - Upselling and Cross-Selling

  • Ensure attainment of established "must-have" items per store
  • Introduce additional SKUs with potential in the area
  • Increase drop size by reducing stock shortages and raising the quantity of products per SKU

Administrative Function - Reports and Remittance

  • Provide reports to management on buying account engagement, sales performance, and market insights
  • Ensure timely cash remittances as prescribed by SFI Finance and Local Management

Job Specifications:

Education:

  • College Graduate of any 4-year course
  • College-level acceptance depends on exposure and experience

Experience:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail and direct selling as a route salesman
  • 6 months of experience in a related field

License/Certification:

  • Professional Driver's License
  • Basic Call Procedure training

Working Arrangement:

  • Field-based position
  • Travel Frequency: Daily
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM - 5 PM (possible extension due to nature of route work)
  • Minimum Wage + Commission (No fixed commission range, earnings depend on sales growth/performance; incentives are highly competitive)
