About the role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Benefits Officer to join our dynamic team at INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for administering and managing the company's employee benefits programmes, ensuring our staff receive the support and resources they need to thrive. Based in our Makati City office, this position plays a crucial part in maintaining the overall wellbeing and satisfaction of our valued employees.
What you'll be doing
- Administering and coordinating the company's comprehensive benefits programmes, including health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Serving as the primary point of contact for employees, answering questions and providing guidance on benefits eligibility, enrollment, and claims
- Analysing and reporting on benefits utilisation, costs, and trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Researching and recommending new or updated benefits offerings to stay competitive and meet the evolving needs of our workforce
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as HR and Finance, to ensure seamless benefits administration and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Developing and delivering employee communications and training on benefits programmes to promote understanding and utilisation
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date benefits records and documentation
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role within the Human Resources function
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other common perks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits information in a clear and concise manner
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and make recommendations
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accurate and compliant benefits administration
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
