Brief Description of Work and Responsibilities

  • ITIL Versed project management
  • Manage and deliver agreed SLA.
  • Develop and maintain a security strategy and create a program to deliver improvements and monitor exposure to Technical Lead.
  • Manage improvements to the service without increasing cost.
  • Provide leadership to IT team.
  • Pro-actively monitor, control and support service delivery; working with Service Level Managers and stakeholders in the Service Operations team ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed.
  • Provide high quality Service Reporting to client as outlined in the Master Services Agreement/ Statement of Work.
  • Own to conclusion and operational escalations or formal complaints.
  • Play an active part during any major incidents that may affect your customers.
  • Drive internal and client service review meetings covering performance against SLA/KPI, service improvements, customer satisfaction, quality, and processes – MBR and QBR.
