Bossjob is looking for a Sales Admin Intern to support the Sales Team in lead generation, market research, administrative tasks, and client coordination. This role involves frequent client interfacing through calls, making it suitable for candidates who are confident, articulate, and eager to build professional communication skills. This internship offers hands-on exposure to a fast-paced sales environment and is ideal for those pursuing a career in sales, marketing, or business operations.

  • Conduct research and profiling for potential clients to support lead generation efforts.
  • Perform market research to identify trends, target segments, and business opportunities.
  • Communicate with clients via calls to confirm details, follow up on inquiries, or assist with onboarding.
  • Maintain and update sales records, CRM data, and internal documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including data entry and coordination tasks.
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as directed by the Sales Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Confident in making calls and engaging with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills — both verbal and written.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently or with a team.
  • Immediate availability preferred.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From Php300.00 per day
