We are a fast-growing insurance service provider committed to delivering exceptional support to agencies and brokers across Florida. As an Insurance Renewal Processing Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timely handling of insurance policy renewals. You'll be responsible for retrieving policy data, verifying property status, updating CRM records, and ensuring premiums are accounted for. If you have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and experience in insurance or administrative roles, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve renewal information from insurance carriers daily.
  • Check and verify payment of insurance premiums with carriers.
  • Confirm property ownership status using public property appraiser records.
  • Record mortgage and lienholder information when available.
  • Update and maintain client profiles and policy data in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of renewals.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in insurance (renewals, servicing, or related roles highly preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM and Smartsheet is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and meet daily deadlines.
  • Familiarity with U.S. property insurance terms and documents is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php150.00 per hour
