Job Summary:Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Marketing Support
  • Design and create e-blast campaigns using Adobe tools, Canva, and internal brand templates.
  • Set up and schedule e-blasts in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring proper segmentation
  • and timing.
  • Assist with testing and performance tracking of email campaigns.
  • Creative Design
  • Assist in developing flyers, social media graphics, signage, event materials, and other
  • collateral as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials.
  • Edit and resize photos, graphics, and layouts for various digital and print applications.
  • Campaign Execution
  • Collaborate on creative marketing campaigns that support sales efforts and brand engagement.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas to campaign
  • Strategies, Social Media & Digital Content
  • Design and prepare digital assets for use across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Provide support for ad hoc content creation, holiday campaigns, and promotions. General Support
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining the marketing asset library.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in a marketing, design, or communications role (internships included).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional visual design sense and a good eye for layout, color, and typography.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and basic understanding of branding.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred.
