The Role

We're looking for a social media-savvy person to manage our growing UGC collaboration program. You'll be the primary point of contact for creators, influencers, and content partners who want to work with our brand. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media and understands what makes content go viral.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Outreach & Management

Respond to collaboration requests on Instagram, TikTok, and Ambassador forms

Vet potential creators using our established criteria

Send collaboration agreements and content briefs to approved creators

Track and organize all UGC partnerships in our system

Follow up with creators on deliverables and deadlines

Collect and organize completed content for marketing team review

Maintain relationships with high-performing creators for repeat collaborations

Content Strategy & Coordination

Coordinate product shipments to creators

Ensure creators understand our brand information and content requirements

Provide feedback on submitted content before approval

Identify trending creators and proactively reach out for partnerships

Monitor competitor UGC strategies and suggest improvements

Track performance metrics of creator content (views, engagement, conversions)

Relationship Building

Build genuine relationships with micro and macro influencers in our space

Negotiate collaboration terms and manage creator expectations

Handle creator questions about products, timelines, and requirements

Create and maintain a database of high-performing creators for future campaigns

Identify and recruit creators who align with our target audience

What We're Looking For

Must Haves:

Social Media Expert - You live on Instagram, TikTok, and understand what makes content viral

Hip-Hop/Streetwear Culture Knowledge - You understand our audience and can spot authentic creators

Communication Skills - You can build genuine relationships with creators and represent our brand professionally

Organization - You can manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously

Trend Awareness - You know what's hot in jewelry, fashion, and social media content

Hustle Mentality - You're proactive about finding new creators and opportunities

Preferred:

Previous experience with influencer outreach or social media management

Experience with creator collaboration platforms

Must speak English very well

Performance Metrics You'll Be Measured On:

Response Time - Under 12-15 hours for all collaboration inquiries

Creator Completion Rate - 80%+ follow through on collaboration agreements

Content Quality - High-performing UGC that drives engagement and sales

Relationship Building - Repeat collaborations and creator referrals

Pipeline Growth - Consistently growing our creator network
