Conveyancing Support Specialist (UK Legal Services)

Full Time | Remote | UK

Scale Up Philippines is partnering with a UK-based legal services firm to hire an experienced Conveyancing Support Specialist. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with UK solicitors and conveyancers, supporting residential and commercial property transactions — all while working remotely from the Philippines.


About the Role

You'll assist UK solicitors with end-to-end conveyancing processes — from instruction to completion. This includes preparing legal documents, managing property searches, maintaining case records, and ensuring compliance with UK conveyancing standards.


What You'll Do
  • Support residential and/or commercial conveyancing cases
  • Prepare and review contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
  • Conduct property searches and manage Land Registry applications (AP1, OS1, OS2)
  • Draft correspondence and client updates
  • Perform KYC/AML checks and ensure compliance with SRA standards

Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of UK conveyancing experience (residential or commercial)
  • Familiarity with the Land Registry and SDLT procedure
  • Experience using Proclaim, Leap, Case Manager, or similar systems
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred: Experience in leasehold, Help to Buy, or new build transactions, and familiarity with SRA compliance.
