Key Expertise

Prospecting & Research: Identifies and qualifies property owners, landlords, investors, and businesses through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, property databases, and directories.

Outbound Outreach: Executes multi-channel campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls with tailored messaging to connect with decision-makers.

Lead Qualification: Nurtures prospects through discovery calls, qualifies leads based on needs and timeline, and schedules appointments for sales.

CRM Management: Maintains a clean lead database, tracks engagement, and reports on performance metrics and pipeline health.

Market Intelligence: Monitors commercial real estate trends and identifies new opportunities through news, planning data, and competitor analysis.

Qualifications
  • 2–3+ years in B2B lead generation, business development, or outbound sales
  • Track record of hitting lead and appointment targets
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and outbound automation tools
  • Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
  • Confident with cold outreach via calls, emails, and social platforms
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with UK commercial property or real estate sectors
  • Understanding of office conversions or commercial leasing
  • Experience using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, or Mailchimp
  • Background working with UK-based clients or time zones
  • Knowledge of B2B sales cycles and consultative sales
