About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Trainer
to join our team and deliver world-class training for our telecommunications account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilitating learning across multiple platforms and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions through various forums: classroom, on-the-job, remote learning, and train-the-trainer programs.

Collaborate with PH and US stakeholders to implement training for new and existing products, systems, and processes.

Provide on-site support during OJT for new hires post-classroom training.

Identify areas for improvement and proactively implement workflow and process changes, including cost-saving initiatives.

Ensure training modules are updated to reflect process changes.

Perform other duties as required by management.

Skills & Qualifications:

College graduate preferred

2–3 years of experience as a Product or Process Trainer in the BPO industry

Prior experience training for
US Cable/Broadband accounts

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with online document sharing and video conferencing tools

Willing to work graveyard shifts and PH holidays

Amenable to work on-site in
Alabang, Muntinlupa
