About the role

FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION' is seeking a talented BPO agent Telco Account (Hybrid) to join their dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients in the telecommunications industry, working in a flexible hybrid work environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
  2. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  3. Navigating and using various software and systems to retrieve and update customer information
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  5. Collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  2. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive customer experience
  3. Proficiency in using various software and technology tools
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  5. Adaptability and the willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  6. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
