What You'll Do:

  • Line Cook: Prepare ingredients, cook dishes to order, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during service.
  • Chef de Partie (CDP): Oversee a specific station in the kitchen, prepare and present dishes, maintain cleanliness and organization, and lead a small team if required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Line Cook: Previous experience in a kitchen environment, with a passion for food and a willingness to learn.
  • Chef de Partie (CDP): Experience in a similar position, with expertise in a specific cuisine or cooking style, and strong leadership skills.
