JOB SUMMARY

The primary purpose of the Digital Operations - Associate is to efficiently manage and enhance digital transactions, ensuring seamless online services and customer inquiries through various online channels and the company website. Reports directly to the Digital Operations Officer and play a vital role in facilitating daily operations, maintaining excellent customer service, and adhering to established company standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute all customer online transactions via the company website and other available online platforms, such as Sanla, Tubo, and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare daily reports summarizing the activities and transactions handled, providing insights and data for decision-making.
  • Address and resolve all branch concerns related to online transactions, including renewals, sangla (pawn), and redemptions. Filters and handles all concerns and needs with Point Person of department concerned.
  • Actively participate in company events, meetings, team huddles, monthly townhalls, engagement initiatives, and team-building activities.
  • Provide regular updates on daily operations, challenges, and opportunities, review performance appraisals, monitor action plans, and report department target achievements daily.
  • Comply with all company SOPs, especially those related to data confidentiality and security, and ensure policy implementation within operations.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organized office environment, promoting a conducive workspace for efficient operations.
  • Follow the Code of Behavior (COB) as outlined by the company, upholding ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions and transactions.
  • Promotes and model the company's core values in every action.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior and other related departments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least High School level.
  • Minimum (3) years of actual branch operations experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs (primarily in Word, Powerpoint, and Excel)
  • Advance knowledge in digital communications.
  • With basic knowledge in basic functions of online communication tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to Organize data and documentations.
  • Hardworking, dependable and people oriented.
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation.
  • Can deliver result under pressure.
  • Honest and trustworthy.
