Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will lead cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the application of fundamental models. Your work will focus on developing, testing, and optimizing novel AI algorithms and models that can drive innovation across the organization. Key Responsibilities

· Research & Development:

• Conduct fundamental and applied research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related fields.
• Design, develop, and optimize AI algorithms and models, leveraging advanced machine learning technieque and fundamental models.
• Experiment with novel AI methodologies to improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems.
• Apply and innovate machine learning techniques to solve complex challenges and improve model efficiency.

· Prototyping & Validation:

• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept models to validate research ideas.
• Conduct thorough testing, analysis, and validation of AI solutions to ensure real-world applicability.

· Collaboration & Innovation:

• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to align research efforts with project requirements and business needs.
• Contribute to long-term AI strategies and innovation roadmaps by integrating cutting-edge research insights.

· Knowledge Sharing & Publication:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning technieque, and fundamental models.
• Present research findings internally and publish results in peer-reviewed journals or conferences to contribute to the broader AI community.
• Translate research insights into deployable AI systems and provide recommendations for future improvements.

· Ethical & Efficient Practices:

• Address challenges related to data processing, algorithm efficiency, and ethical AI practices throughout the research lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a major in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or similar disciplines.
• Proven experience in conducting AI research or applying machine learning techniques in industry or academia.
• A strong portfolio of published research or successful AI applications is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or C++.
• Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying a wide range of machine learning technieque—including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Solid knowledge of statistical methods, data modeling, and algorithm development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and big data tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple research tasks and handle interruptions effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation in AI.
• For senior positions, at least 3 years of relevant research or practical experience is required.

Pay: Php50, Php95,000.00 per month
