Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Multi-Skilled Technician, based in Pasig. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, inspecting and troubleshooting equipment, repairing electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, and ensuring proper operation of facilities. Regular monitoring and reporting of equipment performance and coordinating with the team to execute preventive maintenance schedules are key components of the role. The technician will maintain safety standards while addressing urgent repairs and resolving technical issues.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical work, HVAC systems, plumbing, and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Strong skills in inspection, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations within the field, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
  • Physical ability for tasks that require hands-on equipment maintenance, lifting, and working in various conditions.
  • Relevant technical certifications or training in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems are an advantage.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance or a related technical field preferred.
