An AC Technician, also known as an HVAC Technician,installs, maintains, and repairs air conditioning systems and equipment. Their work involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and safely. They work in both residential and commercial settings, often collaborating with other technicians and service teams.

Job Descriptions:

  • Diagnose and repair air conditioning units (window-type, split-type, inverter, etc.)
  • Conduct preventive maintenance (cleaning, Freon charging, parts check) on all AC units
  • Replace or repair defective parts: capacitors, motors, thermostats, PCB, etc.
  • Ensure proper electrical wiring and safety protocols
  • Submit service reports and maintenance logs
  • Coordinate with suppliers for parts ordering when needed
  • Assist with general maintenance tasks if required

Job Qualifications:

TESDA NC II Certificate in RAC Servicing (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)

  • Minimum 2 years of solid experience in aircon servicing and repair
  • Skilled in both preventive and corrective maintenance
  • With own basic tools is a plus
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willing to be assigned on-call or shifting schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
