MVAC Technician

We are looking for a dependable and skilled MVAC (Mechanical Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Technician to be deployed under our Shared Services unit, with employment directly under Airguard. The technician will support multiple commissaries, cloud kitchens, and store outlets by ensuring all air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems are operating efficiently, in compliance with food industry standards

What we're looking for

• Technical/Vocational Diploma or NCII Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or related field.
• At least 2 years' work experience as an MVAC or HVAC technician.
• Solid knowledge of MVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills (English and Tagalog).
• Physically fit and willing to travel to different sites/branches as needed.
• Open to shifting schedules, weekend, and holiday work when required.

Nice-to-haves:

• valid TESDA NCII (RAC Servicing) certification or equivalent.

What you'll be doing

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with safety and food industry standards.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
• Respond to emergency repair requests as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors or suppliers for major repairs and part replacements.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly used and maintained.
• Adhere to company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
