Take on exciting challenges and build a career path that reflects who you areJoin us and be part of the adventure of the centuryJob Description:The Multi-Skilled Technician should possess expertise in different field while also being flexible on the work location and assignment.Multi-skilled Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of all facilities and building systems, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment. This includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, security, and other facility-related systems. The role involves proactive and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues that may arise within the facility.General Maintenance & Repairs:Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarms, security systems, lighting, and other mechanical systems.Conduct minor carpentry, painting, and general facility upkeep as needed.Perform inspections and assessments of building conditions to identify areas requiring attention or improvementPreventive Maintenance:Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to ensure building systems are operating at peak efficiency and to prevent unexpected downtime.Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing systems, and other critical infrastructure.Maintain a log of completed tasks and upcoming maintenance schedules.Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:Respond to facility maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely solutions.Diagnose and repair faults in various systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.Perform adjustments and calibrations to equipment as required to optimize performance.Building Systems Management:Monitor and operate building systems to ensure their proper function, including HVAC, fire suppression, elevators, security, and energy management systems.Assist with upgrading, modifying, or optimizing building systems and infrastructure.Ensure all systems comply with local codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer recommendations.Safety & Compliance:Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe work environment for all staff, contractors, and visitors.Conduct routine safety checks and assist with safety audits or inspections.Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety standards, and occupational health and safety regulations.Respond to emergency situations such as power outages, water leaks, and other facility-related emergencies.Vendor Assistance:Supervise third-party contractors to ensure that they meet safety standards and work specifications.Emergency Maintenance:Be available for emergency response outside of regular working hours to address urgent repairs or operational issues.Provide first-response troubleshooting for facility breakdowns and coordinate any necessary repairs or replacements.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and safety compliance using PROMEI's service report and other standard template for reporting and documentation.Assist in keeping track of facility assets, inventory, and spare parts for future maintenance needs.Ensure all Jobs have Work Order and see to it the completion and closure of the ticket.Energy Efficiency & Sustainability:Identify opportunities for energy savings and operational efficiencies in building systems.Assist with the implementation of sustainability initiatives and energy-saving projectsWhy Join ENGIE?Lead impactful projects in healthcare and critical environmentsBe part of a global leader in energy and facilities managementCollaborative team culture with career development opportunitiesBusiness Unit: GBU Local Energy InfrastructuresDivision: LEI SEA - PhilippinesLegal Entity: PROFESSIONAL OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE EXPERTS INCORPORATED (PROMEI)Professional Experience: Junior (experience < 3 years)Education Level: Bachelor's DegreeCompany Name: ENGIE PhilippinesWhy this matters to usOur organisation is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
