About the role

We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at AUXILIA INC' in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time, work-from-home role supporting an Australian telecommunications company. In this position, you will be the voice of the brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across Australia.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Responding to customer emails, chats, and other communication channels in a timely manner
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Upselling and cross-selling additional products and services as appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
