About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join AUXILIA INC', a leading customer service provider, as a Customer Service Representative for a Canadian telco client. This full-time position is based in Marikina City, Metro Manila and offers a competitive salary of 27,000 PHP.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing high-quality customer service and support to clients of a major Canadian telecommunications company
  2. Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone and digital channels
  3. Troubleshooting customer issues and finding effective resolutions
  4. Upselling and cross-selling relevant products and services to customers
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards
