About the Role
Our company is hiring an experienced Manager – Australian Bookkeeping Services to lead a team supporting a single Australian accounting firm. You'll oversee workflow, client liaison, and quality control for bookkeeping, BAS, and payroll functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–10 bookkeepers.
- Oversee daily deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
- Review and ensure accuracy of BAS, GST, and payroll compliance.
- Liaise directly with Australian accountants and clients.
- Implement process improvements and manage team performance.
- Support resource planning, onboarding, and staff training.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years' Australian bookkeeping/accounting experience across multiple accounts and industries
- Strong knowledge of BAS, GST, superannuation, and payroll tax.
- Experience with Xero and ideally QuickBooks Online and MYOB.
- Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- Prior experience managing offshore or Australian accounting teams is essential.

JOB DETAILS
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 AM-4 PM / 6 AM-3 PM
- Location: a cosmopolitan office located at Makati City

- Hybrid work set up (ONE DAY PER WEEK) - All equipment provided
- Full Time
- Amenable to work onsite for the first month of Training
