What we are looking for?

  • Minimum of 5 + years of experience as an MSP/Technical Engineer in a global environment.
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft 365 - Exchange 365 & SharePoint 365.
  • In depth exposure across technical infrastructure from desktop to server, mail servers, database servers, Azure, Hyper-V, VMWare.
  • Experience and knowledge of wireless concepts, switching, routing, firewalls, VPN, and the interaction between hardware, networks, data centers, and application software.
  • Proven experience with ConnectWise or similar ITSM tools.

What will you do?

  • Provide Level 3 support for hardware/software incidents and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
  • Supporting a combination of servers, desktops and applications within Microsoft Azure, on-premises, and M365 environments.
  • Delivering support for Azure, Hyper-V, VMWare and other hosted environments.
  • Delivering support across hardware firewalls such as
  • Performing a wide variety of support across many technologies, primarily in the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Research and implement fixes for new issues that are outside of the skill level of the Level 1 and 2 engineers.
  • Troubleshooting, configuration and repair for server, network, infrastructure, email, file shares, and other infrastructure issues.
  • Serve as an escalation point for both internal staff and client contacts.
  • Prioritize and resolve tickets in accordance with SLAs.

Nice to have:

  • Industry experiences working within AU Managed Services Provider Company.
  • ITIL, Microsoft and other related certifications.

  • Experience with the following products:

  • N-Able RMM

  • COVE Backups / Veeam / ArcServe ShadowProtect
  • Sophos and Fortinet Firewalls
