KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Task
- Manage Man-HR shared inbox.
- Assist in staff onboarding/offboarding
- Monitors and update GML central.
- Monitors and records employees' leave.
- Monitoring of employee's schedule review.
- Tracking of employee violations and long-term attendance bonus.
Employee Relation & Engagement
- Monitoring and coordinating staff milestones and other social events. Works closely with Engagement Committee in organising needs for employee engagements.
Training
- Sourcing and schedule trainings (external/internal) for the employees.
- Assistance in training facilitation.
- Generate training evaluation and collate data for training report.
Records
- Maintain and update all HR Records.

- Ability to understand comprehensive information.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
