About the Role

Eureka Electric Appliances Philippines Corp. is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Associate to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction while supporting our commitment to manufacturing excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement quality control processes and procedures
  • Document and report quality metrics to track performance and identify improvements
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance product quality and processes
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with QA/QC standards
  • Support QA initiatives across the organization and sign inspection reports as needed

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and resolve quality issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of QC instruments (Siegl tape, power meter, electrical/battery-operated tools)
