Job purpose:

The Retail Supervisor (RS) is responsible for monitoring and increasing sales in their assigned stores and areas. The role directly manages a team of Front Liners or Promoters and regularly reviews their sales activities. The RS ensures that both the quality and quantity of sales efforts meet the company's standards and expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Achieve assigned Sell Out sales targets.

· Stock inventory management.

· Manage and train the Front Liners/Promoters team.

· Support and drive the progress of the company's business initiatives.

· Maintain good customer relationships in assigned stores.

· Conduct regular staff training on products, sales skills, and company policies.

· Implement and support in-store promotions and marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or College Degree in any field.
• Familiar with the mobile phone market in area.
• Strong knowledge of retail customers in the area, with experience in store management and maintaining customer relationships.
• At least 1 year of experience in the mobile phone industry.
• Aggressive, persuasive, and target driven.
• Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader in sales or a related role.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
