As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support for our travel reviews and bookings account. What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests related to travel inquiries
- Providing efficient and effective resolutions to customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Accurately processing customer transactions and updates in a timely manner
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
- Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales, Outbound Sales or Travel experiences are preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
